We are now taking the next step with B2B Connect. With the new app for iPhone and Android, you have access to important operational information – in the office, out at the facility and on the go.
Notifications
Notifications that were previously sent via email or SMS can now also be sent directly to the B2B Connect app.
This makes it possible to choose the right channel for the right type of information. A critical operational alarm can still be sent via SMS, while other events, deviations and recurring checks can arrive as a push notification directly on your mobile.
When a notification arrives, you can open the app directly and go to the relevant information.

The AI assistant Otto
The app also includes Otto, our AI assistant for operations and follow-up.
Instead of clicking through different views, charts and exports, you can ask common questions directly in the chat, for example:
”Which sensor has the lowest temperature right now?”
”What did energy consumption look like last week?”
”Which devices have stopped reporting?”
”Do we need to water this week?”
”When will the level reach our threshold?”
Otto retrieves current data from B2B Connect and bases its answers on the information actually available in the system. It can analyse history, trends, alarms, operational status and sensor values, and also combine this with, for example, weather data.
This provides a faster way to go from raw data to useful information.
Automated insights
Otto can be used for recurring AI insights. You do not need to monitor charts or reports manually – the system alerts you when something actually requires your attention.
